D11

D11 is a project conceived by artist Fernando Romero and curators Jorge Postigo de la Nogal and María Menchaca Paz in 2017. 
D11 sets out to be an area of artistic and curatorial research, committed to the exhibition, dissemination, publication and dialogue around new practices and contemporary discourses. 
D11 is located in the district number 11 of the city of Madrid, Carabanchel. It envisions itself as a space for artistic exchange between the centre and the periphery, in both its local and international contexts, by establishing links with other social and artistic circles.

D11 works as an independent curatorial collective focused in projects in institucional or alternative spaces.
